Refund policy

Unused tools and kits in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Contact us for a return label; return shipping is $6.95 unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

 
Printed-to-order goods (tea towels, aprons, apparel, mugs) cannot be returned for size or change of mind. Misprinted, damaged, or incorrect printed items are replaced free of charge when reported with a photo within 14 days of delivery.

Consumables, including starter cultures, are final sale once opened.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return, or immediately for approved damage claims
