Shipping
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders over $75 ship free; otherwise shipping is a flat $6.95.
- Tools and kits ship from US warehouses within 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days.
- Printed goods (tea towels, aprons, tees, mugs, sweatshirts) are made to order in the USA. Allow 2–5 business days for printing plus 3–6 business days in transit.
- Kits with both tools and printed goods may arrive in two packages. You'll get tracking for each.
We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or outside the US yet.
Returns
Unused tools and kits in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email us through the contact page for a return label; return shipping is $6.95 unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it's on us.
Printed goods are made to order and can't be resold, so we can't accept returns on them for size or change of mind. If anything arrives misprinted, damaged, or wrong, send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it free.
Starter cultures and other consumables are final sale once opened.
