Mason & Meadow is a small shop in Rogersville, Alabama, for people who grow a little, bake a little, and put food up for later.
We don't sell canning jars or pressure canners. You can get those anywhere. We sell the things that go around them: the Dutch oven that bakes the first good loaf, the banneton that gives it its shape, the canning kit that turns a July counter full of tomatoes into a January pantry. Everything is picked because we'd use it in our own kitchen, and most of it we do.
How we ship
Tools and kits ship from US warehouses in 3–7 business days. Tea towels, aprons, tees, and mugs are printed to order in the USA and take 2–5 business days to make before they ship. Nothing comes from overseas on a slow boat.
What we believe
- Good tools are cheaper than bad ones, because you only buy them once.
- The Southeast has its own calendar. Our guides and kits are written for it.
- You don't need acreage. Half of American homesteaders are on under three acres, and plenty are in a kitchen with a windowsill.
