Do I need to buy jars from you?
No. Our canning tools fit standard regular and wide-mouth mason jars (Ball, Kerr, and store brands), and the water bath canner holds 7 quart jars or 9 pints. Buy jars locally; they're heavy and cheap.
How long until I can bake with a new starter?
A starter made from scratch in the Sourdough Starter Kit jar is usually ready in 7–10 days of once-a-day feeding at room temperature. The date band on the jar keeps track for you.
Where do your products ship from?
Tools and kits ship from US warehouses. Printed goods are printed and shipped from US print partners. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Within 2 hours of ordering, yes, just contact us. After that, tools may already be packed and printed goods may already be in production.
Is the egg apron washable?
Yes. Cold wash, hang dry, pockets up.
Do you have a Zone 7a / 8b / 9 mug?
Not yet. Tell us your zone through the contact page; we add designs when enough people ask.
Do you offer wholesale?
